个人简介：

广东技术师范大学管理学院人力资源管理系教师，讲师。具有心理学和管理学的复合学术背景，并在实验心理学与组织行为学领域接受了专业训练，致力于融合心理学与管理学研究方法，以解决管理学中的实际问题。近五年来，基于跨学科研究方法，在SSCI收录的国际知名期刊上发表了多篇学术论文，其中包括《The International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Current Psychology》、《中国人力资源开发》、《心理科学进展》及《Psychophysiology》等。
