个人简介:

余腾,广东技术师范大学管理学院副教授、硕士生导师,博士毕业于马来西亚理科大学(QS 134),曾赴香港中文大学(QS 32)进行博士阶段交换学习。主要研究方向为酒店、旅游、营销、教育、交通等领域中与智能服务相关的新兴技术(如人工智能、机器人技术)的采纳行为、创新扩散机制及中外用户行为比较研究主持教育部人文社会科学研究项目、广东省哲学社会科学规划项目等省部级课题6项。近年来,在 International Journal of Hospitality ManagementInternational Journal of Contemporary Hospitality ManagementJournal of Hospitality Marketing & ManagementJournal of Travel & Tourism MarketingTechnology in SocietyThe International Journal of Management EducationInternational Journal of Human–Computer InteractionJournal of Consumer BehaviourTransportation 等国内外知名期刊发表论文20余篇,其中以第一作者发表SSCI JCR Q1 16篇,其中SSCI中科院1TOP论文7篇,ESI高被引论文6篇。主讲课程包括《管理学原理》《电子商务概论》《组织行为学》《论文写作与文献检索》等。
